A new wave of terrorism was crushed at its onset as security forces neutralized one terrorist and injured another from the India-backed FAH (Fitna al-Hindustan), or BLA (Balochistan Liberation Army) in the Surab area of Balochistan. The terrorists were attempting to target the Surab security post and innocent civilians, but alert and vigilant troops foiled their plot, eliminating their threat on the spot.
This failed attack once again exposed the cowardly nature of the BLA, a group acting as a proxy of hostile foreign interests and actively waging war against the state and the people of Pakistan. The attempted assault reaffirms that these elements are not only enemies of national security but also pose a grave danger to civilian lives.
Faced with the looming sword of Operation Pehrud Cleanser, these terrorists are now in a state of panic. Across Balochistan and beyond, the people recognize the BLA as a foreign-backed menace and an enemy of peace. The state, with the full support of its citizens, remains committed to defeating such terrorist elements on every front.
It’s worth noting that just a day earlier, security forces successfully targeted a BLA terror camp in Nasirabad, killing ten terrorists in a precision strike.
