In a damning disclosure, Pakistani security sources have accused India of orchestrating a sustained campaign of state-sponsored terrorism inside Pakistan by financing, training, and sheltering leaders of banned militant organizations. These revelations—corroborated by Indian media coverage and public statements from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Indian Defence Ministry officials—expose New Delhi’s systematic involvement in cross-border terrorism aimed at destabilizing Pakistan.
According to intelligence officials, ringleaders of outlawed terrorist groups make regular trips to India to receive operational briefings and logistical support from Indian handlers. More alarmingly, these militants are also provided with advanced medical treatment at Indian hospitals, underscoring the extent of India’s institutional patronage.
In one of the most striking cases, Aslam Achu—the notorious commander of the proscribed Baloch Liberation Army (BLA)—visited India in 2016, where he held meetings with officials from India’s premier intelligence agency, RAW, and received medical treatment in a hospital in New Delhi. Traveling under the false identity “Abdul Hameed” on an Afghan passport, Achu’s presence in India further confirms direct Indian sponsorship of terrorist elements.
Achu was later identified as the mastermind of the 2018 suicide attack on the Chinese Consulate in Karachi, carried out by BLA and its suicide unit, the Majeed Brigade. His son, Rehan, was behind a suicide bombing on Chinese engineers in Dalbandin that same year—both attacks seen as part of India’s broader efforts to sabotage Pakistan’s strategic partnerships, particularly with China.
The current BLA chief, Bashir Zeb, also traveled to India in 2017, security sources confirmed, further highlighting India’s continuing links with separatist and terrorist outfits. These facts align with extensive evidence earlier presented by the Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR), who unveiled concrete proof of India’s direct role in orchestrating terrorism inside Pakistan, including the involvement of serving Indian military officers.
“India is not only funding these terrorists but also equipping them with explosives and weapons to target both civilians and Pakistan’s armed forces,” security officials stated, calling it a blatant violation of international norms and an assault on Pakistan’s sovereignty.
These revelations come in the wake of mounting global scrutiny of Indian intelligence operations abroad, particularly after the United States formally charged a RAW operative for plotting the assassination of a Sikh leader on American soil—further exposing India’s aggressive extraterritorial agenda.
Pakistan has once again urged the international community to take urgent notice of India’s rogue behavior and its growing track record of sponsoring terrorism in the region, which poses a serious threat to regional peace and global security.
