Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Spokesperson and Adviser on Information, Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, has accused India of orchestrating terrorism along Pakistan’s western border by arming and financing militant networks, terming it a clear act of cross-border aggression aimed at destabilizing the region.
In a strongly worded statement issued amidst heightened tensions between Pakistan and India, Barrister Saif said New Delhi’s belligerence now extends beyond the Line of Control, reaching Pakistan’s western frontiers where it is actively sponsoring terrorist elements to carry out attacks, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
“India’s aggressive actions are no longer confined to the eastern front; it is now deeply involved in fueling terrorism along our western border,” he stated. “By providing weapons, funds, and operational support to terrorist groups, India has become a direct enabler of subversion and bloodshed inside Pakistan.”
Barrister Saif said the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has borne the brunt of this foreign-sponsored violence. “India is backing terrorists who are carrying out bombings and targeted attacks in our cities and border regions. These are not isolated incidents but part of a larger, deliberate campaign of destabilisation.”
He lauded the Pakistan Armed Forces and the people of Pakistan for standing resilient in the face of Indian hostility. “Whether it is the east or the west, our nation has stood its ground. The Pakistan Army has responded with strength and clarity, and the world is now witnessing the real face of India as a state sponsor of terrorism.”
Highlighting India’s recent actions, Barrister Saif condemned the targeting of mosques in overnight attacks, calling it a cowardly move unworthy of any civilised nation. “The enemy, under the cover of darkness, dared to strike places of worship—yet our forces responded with such force that they had no choice but to retreat under a white flag,” he said.
He warned that India’s provocations would not go unanswered. “The cowardly enemy should now prepare for our surprise. We will respond in kind and with full force. India must understand that Pakistan’s patience is not weakness, and its aggression will be met with unflinching resolve.”
