Bannu: Security sources have confirmed the identity of another suicide bomber involved in the Frontier Constabulary (FC) Headquarters attack in Bannu. The militant has been identified as Mullah Shabir Ahmad alias Maulvi Bilal Muhajir, son of Maulvi Ismatullah, originally from Abdul Mahiyuddin village in Syedabad district of Wardak province, Afghanistan.
Investigators state the attacker held Afghan nationality and was directly involved in the recent terrorist assault on the FC headquarters. Law enforcement agencies have begun gathering further evidence to trace and dismantle the wider network behind the attack.
