Four Key Commanders of Banned “Gul Bahadur Group” Eliminated in Bannu Operation

Bannu: Police and security forces carried out a successful operation against the banned terrorist organisation “Gul Bahadur Group,” killing four of its key commanders, including Danish alias Insaaf alias Sabawon, Ziafullah son of Salamat Khan, Atta-ur-Rahman of Dattakhel, and Maulana Kosar.

Sources confirmed that the slain terrorists were directly involved in the recent assassination plot targeting the Assistant Commissioner of North Waziristan and had been active in multiple militant activities in the region, including targeted killings, organising terror networks, recruiting new militants, attacks on police checkposts and stations, and kidnappings for ransom.

The terrorist group itself has acknowledged the deaths of its commanders, underscoring the success of the operation and highlighting the high level of professionalism and coordination of Pakistan’s police and security forces.
