Security forces killed at least four suspected Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) terrorists during an intelligence-based operation in Zehri on Friday, officials confirmed.
According to security sources, the raid targeted multiple BLA hideouts in the rugged area. Upon arrival, forces reportedly faced sporadic resistance before militants attempted to flee. Four armed men were neutralized while several others abandoned their positions, leaving behind weapons, clothing, and supplies.
The operation left the area fully cleared, officials said, adding that no casualties were reported among the troops. Arms and ammunition recovered from the site have been secured for forensic examination.
Authorities described the action as part of ongoing counter-insurgency efforts aimed at dismantling BLA networks believed responsible for recent attacks in Balochistan.
