Five Fitna-al-Hindustan Operatives Killed in Mastung Operation; Hideouts and Weapons Seized

Security forces on Tuesday eliminated five operatives of Fitna-al-Hindustan in a major intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Splinji area of Mastung district, foiling their plans to unleash violence in Balochistan. According to security sources, the operation was launched on confirmed intelligence regarding the presence of Fitna-al-Hindustan elements in the mountainous belt. During the swift and precise action, multiple hideouts of the group were destroyed and a substantial cache of weapons, ammunition, and military supplies was recovered.

The slain operatives, affiliated with the proscribed Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), were directly involved in the targeted killing of innocent civilians and repeated attacks on security forces in the province. Officials said that by acting in time, security forces prevented the network from executing fresh subversive plots.

“This successful operation reflects the unwavering determination of security forces to crush Fitna-al-Hindustan and dismantle their terror infrastructure,” a security official stated, adding that clearance operations in Mastung and adjoining areas would continue until complete elimination of the threat.

The Mastung action comes amid an intensified crackdown on violent outfits across Balochistan, where forces have stepped up operations against elements working on the behest of external sponsors. Officials emphasised that such operations are part of a broader strategy to ensure lasting stability and deny Fitna-al-Hindustan any space to regroup.

Authorities further reaffirmed their commitment to protecting the lives of citizens and safeguarding the sovereignty of Pakistan, declaring that all designs of Fitna-al-Hindustan would be defeated with full force.
