Terrorists of the banned TTP, also known as Fitna al-Khawarij (FAK), notorious for their enmity toward education, have once again targeted a school in SKhyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to official sources, the latest attack took place in Gara Buddha village of Tank district, where terrorists destroyed the Government Girls Primary School (Sial Khan Korona) using explosives.
The blast was reportedly carried out by banned outfit commanders Shah Zeb alias Jarrar and Hidayatullah, who planted and detonated the explosive material during the night.
Authorities say this is not the first such act of sabotage by these education-hating extremists. The same faction has previously targeted several schools and colleges in Tank, Bannu, and other parts of the province, in addition to killing students, teachers, and other innocent citizens.
Officials condemned the attack, calling it a cowardly attempt to deprive young girls of their right to education and vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice.
