Counter Terrorism Department Eliminates Three Banned BLA Fitna-al-Hindustan in Barkhan Operation

In a decisive counter-terrorism operation conducted last night, the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) successfully neutralized three terrorists linked to the banned Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) form Fitna-al-Hindustan in Barkhan district.

Acting on credible intelligence, CTD teams launched a targeted raid that led to the elimination of the three militants. The operation disrupted a potential threat, with additional accomplices managing to escape. An extensive manhunt is currently underway to apprehend the fleeing terrorists.

Recovered from the site were two submachine guns, pistols, and two improvised explosive devices (IEDs), underscoring the group’s intent to carry out violent activities.

A CTD spokesperson confirmed that the bodies of the slain terrorists have been shifted to the Civil Hospital Barkhan for formal identification and further legal procedures.

This operation reaffirms the CTD’s unwavering commitment to maintaining peace and security by dismantling terrorist networks operating within the region.
