Conference Brands Armed Uprising in Muslim Countries as ‘Fasad fil Ardh’, Urges United Front Against Subversive Elements

The National Palestine Conference, held in the federal capital, adopted a decisive stance on the Palestinian issue, declaring that armed struggles against governments in Muslim countries constitute “Fasad fil Ardh” (spreading disorder on earth), “terrorism,” and are religiously illegitimate acts.

Participants strongly emphasised that rebellion against Islamic governments is impermissible according to the Holy Quran, and those engaging in such uprisings are considered “rebels and liable to be killed” unless they accept the writ of the state. The conference described these elements as the “spiritual heirs of the Khawarij,” calling for full support of military efforts aimed at eliminating such groups.

The conference urged the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to immediately establish a special fund for the rehabilitation of the Palestinian people and to ensure swift and direct delivery of aid to those affected. The participants condemned the international community’s silence over the continued violations of Palestinian rights, terming it unacceptable.

Additionally, the conference issued a stern warning to Muslim countries maintaining diplomatic or trade ties with Israel. It demanded the immediate suspension of such relations until an unconditional ceasefire is achieved, the recall of ambassadors from Tel Aviv, and the expulsion of Israeli envoys from their respective territories.
