General Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) of Pakistan, visited the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Rawalpindi to personally meet and commend the soldiers and civilians injured during Operation Bunyanum al-Marsoos, also known as Marka-e-Haq. This operation was a decisive military response to cross-border provocations and aimed at neutralising terrorist threats.
During his visit, COAS Munir spent time with the injured personnel, offering words of encouragement and expressing gratitude for their courage and sacrifice. He praised their unwavering dedication and professionalism, highlighting that their resilience is a testament to the strength and unity of the Pakistan Armed Forces.
In a statement, the COAS emphasised that the valour and sacrifice of both civilians and soldiers form the cornerstone of Pakistan’s security. The entire nation stands in resolute solidarity with every member of its Armed Forces,” COAS Munir stated.
