Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, undertook an official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where he held meetings with senior civil and military leadership.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), General Sahir Shamshad Mirza also met with Dr. Nasser Hameed Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of “Tawazun,” and visited the Tawazun Industrial Park. During the visit, he observed various production facilities and ongoing industrial projects.
The military spokesperson stated that discussions during these engagements focused on regional security dynamics and ways to enhance bilateral defence cooperation between the two countries.
The UAE’s civil and military leadership appreciated the professionalism of the Pakistan Armed Forces and lauded their sacrifices in the fight against terrorism.
