In a high-stakes intelligence-based operation, Pakistan’s security forces struck a major blow to Fitna al-Hindustan, an Indian-backed terror proxy, killing three militants in Mastung District of Balochistan. The encounter came at a heavy price, as Major Zeeyyad Salim Awal (31) and Sepoy Nazam Hussain (22) embraced shahadat while leading the mission with unflinching courage.
Acting on credible intelligence, security forces launched the raid against suspected Indian-sponsored terrorists operating in the rugged terrain of Mastung. As the troops closed in, they came under intense fire. In the fierce exchange that followed, the troops responded decisively, sending three terrorists “to hell,” according to military officials.
Major Zeeyyad, a son of District Khushab, led the operation from the front lines. Known for his valour and unwavering commitment, he was fatally wounded in combat, laying down his life for the nation. Sepoy Nazam Hussain, hailing from District Jhelum, also made the ultimate sacrifice while defending his comrades and country.
Following the successful engagement, sanitization operations are underway in the surrounding areas to eliminate any remaining threats affiliated with Fitna al-Hindustan, a militant network widely believed to be backed by India’s intelligence agencies to destabilise Pakistan through covert proxies.
“The blood of our martyrs fuels our fight,” said a security spokesperson. “Such sacrifices only deepen our resolve to eliminate every last trace of Indian-sponsored terrorism from our soil.”
The fallen heroes are being remembered as national symbols of sacrifice and duty. Tributes have poured in from across the country, with senior military and civilian leaders hailing their courage.
