In a significant breakthrough against the India-backed terror outfit Fitna al-Hindustan, security forces carried out a high-level intelligence-based operation in Barkhan district, resulting in the arrest of four terrorists.
The operation, based on credible intelligence, was conducted in the Chappar and Rarkan areas, both known for terrorist activity. According to sources, the arrested suspects were allegedly involved in planning attacks on sensitive installations and were actively operating as part of a broader network of sabotage and anti-state violence.
During the operation, security personnel also seized a large cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosive materials, effectively disrupting what officials believe could have been an imminent terror plot.
Sources within the security establishment confirmed that the detainees are currently under interrogation and that significant revelations are expected as the investigation progresses.
This latest action adds to a growing list of targeted operations against Fitna al-Hindustan, which has long been accused of carrying out India-sponsored terrorism in Balochistan. The arrest of these operatives not only neutralises a serious threat but also underscores the increasing reach and precision of counter-terror efforts in the region.
Authorities reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring peace and stability in Balochistan and vowed to continue such operations until every last remnant of foreign-backed militancy is uprooted.
