Following revelations about the Khawarij, disturbing details have emerged about their Afghan patrons, who have also been found involved in homosexual activities.

According to local sources, Mullah Abdullah Faizi, reportedly a senior Taliban commander of the first border unit based in Maimana, Faryab, has been detained and allegedly executed by Taliban authorities on charges that include sexual misconduct and violations of Taliban moral codes.

The sources claim that internal Taliban judicial processes in Faryab resulted in Faizi’s arrest, presenting the case as an attempt to enforce moral discipline within their ranks. The Taliban have not issued any public statement confirming or denying this action.

These allegations come amid a broader narrative of internal conflict within terrorist groups. Recently, reports of homosexuality and conflicts involving underage boys have frequently surfaced within the Khawarij ranks. The most recent incident occurred on July 16, when a violent clash broke out between rival groups led by commanders Basir and Shaheen over two underage boys, resulting in the deaths of four Khawarij fighters.

Human rights observers say such incidents highlight a pattern of abuse and hypocrisy within militant groups and may indicate efforts to suppress internal misconduct. However, without an official Taliban announcement or independent verification, the status and outcome of the Faizi case remain unconfirmed.
