Dera Ghazi Khan – Security forces have successfully rescued two abducted soldiers in an operation near the border of Dera Ismail Khan and Dera Ghazi Khan, officials confirmed on Thursday.
The soldiers were recovered from a suspected Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) hideout, located in the rugged border area. According to security sources, the operation was carried out with precision and without any casualties.
The troops managed to extract both hostages safely, and no confrontation or arrest of militants occurred during the raid. Authorities hailed the rescue as a tactical success and reiterated their commitment to protecting security personnel and eliminating militant threats in the region.
