In a powerful display of national solidarity, residents of Chagai held a large rally on the occasion of Thanksgiving Day to express unwavering support for Pakistan’s armed forces and to celebrate a symbolic victory over India.
The rally was led by former Adviser to the Chief Minister, Mir Ejaz Sanjrani, and drew participation from a broad cross-section of the community, including Vice Chairman of District Chagai, Asfandyar Khan. Participants waved national flags and chanted patriotic slogans, as they marched along Chagai’s main thoroughfare, voicing their support for the country’s defenders.
Speaking to the media, participants alleged that India’s intelligence agency, RAW, is orchestrating militant activity in Balochistan, and vowed to stand shoulder to shoulder with Pakistan’s security forces. “Our armed forces know how to defend every inch of this soil,” a local speaker declared.
Addressing the gathering, Mir Ejaz Sanjrani said the armed forces are the pride of the nation, whose courage and professionalism have earned global recognition. “Our brave soldiers forced Indian troops to retreat through timely and decisive action,” he said. “This success also sends a strong and clear message to those fueling unrest in Balochistan.”
He added that the sacrifices and vigilance of the armed forces have elevated Pakistan’s stature on the world stage. “Every Baloch stands ready to defend the motherland,” he said. “Our commitment to national unity and sovereignty is unshakable.”
