Security Forces, Khawarij, Terrorists

In two swift operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistani security forces eliminated seven terrorists belonging to the outlawed Khawarij group. The first clash occurred at Ghulam Khan in North Waziristan when terrorists opened fire from across the Afghan border. Forces retaliated, killing three.

Meanwhile, in Bajaur, snipers took out four more Khawarij attempting to infiltrate Pakistan from Afghanistan. Sources say the militants were backed by hostile foreign elements and aimed to carry out sabotage missions.
