Indian Spy Arrested at Iran-Pakistan Border; CTD Foils Major Terror Plot in Karachi

In a major breakthrough, counter-terrorism department (CTD) have arrested another Indian spy near the Iran-Pakistan border, officials confirmed on Saturday.

According to security sources, the arrested individual, Ashok Chaturvedi, is an operative of the notorious Indian intelligence agency RAW. Operating under the alias Dastagir Baloch, he was reportedly funding the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and Mah Rang Baloch’s Baloch Yakjehti Committee.

This development follows the recent arrest of a BLA terrorist in Karachi, marking another blow to subversive networks operating within Pakistan.

CTD Arrests BLA Facilitator in Karachi

The CTD Sindh has arrested a BLA-affiliated facilitator named Dahan from Karachi’s Saeedabad area. According to CTD, the suspect has a history of involvement in murder, attempted murder, and armed confrontations.

He was allegedly providing support to banned outfit operatives and had been hiding in Hub, Balochistan to evade capture. Following his arrest, a CTD team has been dispatched to track down his associate, Muhammad Shafi, reportedly linked to a sleeper cell run from a neighbouring country.
