Pakistan Navy Inaugurates New Block at PNS Darmaan Jah to Enhance Healthcare Services in Coastal Balochistan

In a significant step towards the welfare of residents along Balochistan’s coastal belt, the Pakistan Navy has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art block at its hospital, PNS Darmaan Jah, in Ormara.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the newly constructed block marks another milestone in the Navy’s ongoing commitment to supporting the local population through improved medical facilities. The facility includes a modern operation theatre complex, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), gynecology unit, pediatrics department, and a neonatal ICU.

Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf, who graced the occasion as the chief guest, stated that PNS Darmaan Jah will continue to serve the local community with advanced medical care. He reaffirmed that the Pakistan Navy remains dedicated not only to defending the maritime borders of the country but also to promoting the welfare of the coastal population by utilizing all available resources.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by senior civil and military officials as well as local dignitaries.
