BLA’s Panjgur Network Wiped Out: Pakistan Forces Eliminate Commander ‘Chakar’ and Associates

Pakistan’s security forces have successfully executed a highly coordinated, intelligence-driven operation in Panjgur, Balochistan, delivering a significant and strategic setback to the notorious Baloch Liberation Army (BLA). The operation resulted in the elimination of key BLA commander Nazir alias ‘Chakar’ along with seven of his close associates, marking a decisive victory against the militant network.

According to official sources, the operation was conducted at a critical moment when the targeted group was preparing to carry out acts of sabotage under directives received from across the border. Pakistani intelligence agencies demonstrated exceptional professional capability, monitoring all of the group’s communications through advanced wireless intercepts.

Intelligence reports confirm that the BLA cell’s last wireless signal was recorded at 6:22 PM, after which the network was rendered completely inactive. Attempts by the remaining members to communicate with their commander and call for backup were met with a single coded response: “Repeater network silent,” indicating that the entire cell had been neutralized and no operatives remained alive to respond.

The eliminated group had long exploited Afghan territory to plan and coordinate attacks against Pakistan. Reports indicate that Nazir alias ‘Chakar’ had received operational instructions from training centers in Afghanistan, along with financial support from the Indian intelligence agency RAW. The presence of such militant groups on Afghan soil has posed a persistent threat to regional peace, but this successful operation demonstrates that Pakistan remains fully capable of countering cross-border terrorist activity.

Authorities emphasized that the neutralization of Nazir and his associates constitutes a severe blow to BLA operations, from which the organization will face long-term setbacks. This operation not only restores a sense of security to the citizens of Panjgur but also sends a clear warning to all hostile elements attempting to destabilize Pakistan from across its borders.

Security forces continue to maintain heightened vigilance in the region, ensuring the protection of civilians and preventing the resurgence of terrorist networks. Officials reaffirm Pakistan’s commitment to combating terrorism decisively and protecting the peace and stability of Balochistan and the wider region.
