Youth Must Stand United Against Threats to Pakistan’s Security: DG ISPR

A special interactive session was organized with students and faculty of the University of Karachi, featuring Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR), highlighting the importance of national security awareness, responsible information dissemination, and youth engagement in countering misinformation.

Upon arrival at the university, DG ISPR was warmly received by faculty members, students, and other academic staff. The session provided a platform for meaningful dialogue between the military spokesperson and the academic community, fostering mutual understanding and trust.

During the session, faculty members emphasized that spreading information without proper research can lead to social unrest, and appreciated the Pakistan Armed Forces’ engagement with educational institutions as a means of enhancing youth confidence and nurturing a nationalistic mindset.

Students expressed their commitment to actively contribute to the defense of the nation and pledged to counter misleading narratives propagated by adversaries on social media platforms.
