A new video circulating widely on social media on December 2, 2025, has once again revealed the reprehensible tactics of Fitna-e-Khawarij terrorists, showing them deliberately moving with small children to evade any potential drone or ground action by security forces. The footage, shared across multiple accounts, clearly depicts terrorists placing young children beside them to ensure they are not targeted, knowing well that Pakistan’s security forces never engage when innocent lives are at risk.
This deliberate exploitation has become a recurring tactic. Whenever terrorists themselves endanger children or civilians and loss occurs, these very elements launch aggressive propaganda campaigns to malign Pakistan’s security forces by falsely accusing them of targeting innocents.
The use of human shields by terrorists is a long-established pattern. On July 9, 2025, a video released by the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) showed armed terrorists firing on security personnel from within civilian homes. During that incident, an innocent child was tragically martyred by terrorist gunfire, and the group later attempted to misuse the tragedy for propaganda.
Another incident came to light on August 13, 2025, when footage showed the terrorists operating from houses where women and children were present, intentionally placing non-combatants between themselves and security forces. Additional videos have documented terrorists using quad-copters in hostile activities while keeping children nearby as shields to discourage any targeted response.
These recurring incidents present undeniable proof that Fitna-e-Khawarij terrorists ruthlessly use innocent civilians especially children as human shields to protect themselves and manipulate public sentiment. By endangering vulnerable lives and distorting the consequences, they attempt to craft false narratives against national institutions.
The newly surfaced footage adds to the growing body of irrefutable evidence exposing the terrorists’ cowardly and inhumane tactics, which exploit the most vulnerable in pursuit of their malicious objectives.
