Four Facilitators of Khawarij Network Arrested in Rawalpindi, Hasan Abdal

Security forces have arrested four facilitators of the Khawarij network from Rawalpindi and Hasan Abdal for their involvement in producing and circulating a threat video on social media. According to officials, the arrested men had recorded and disseminated a video in which they issued threats of carrying out attacks on August 11. The video was widely shared online before being tracked down by law enforcement agencies.

Authorities confirmed that all individuals involved in creating and spreading the threatening material have been taken into custody. Initial investigations indicate that the group was operating as part of a broader propaganda effort designed to instill fear and disrupt public peace.

Law enforcement agencies reiterated that strict action will continue against all facilitators, handlers, and propagandists linked to the Khawarij, stressing that attempts to incite terror through social media would be swiftly thwarted.
